NOTE: The mandatory spring and fall in-person AAWC Board meetings are held in conjunction with the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC Spring and SAWC Fall). SAWC Spring will be held April 25-29, 2018 in Charlotte, NC. AAWC will pay reasonable expenses (airfare, 2 nights accommodations) for Board Members to attend the Board meeting. Currently, SAWC Spring is a joint meeting with the Wound Healing Society (WHS). WHS starts a day earlier than the rest of the conference. The AAWC Board of Directors meeting is held the day before the main conference begins at SAWC. All Board Members also receive free registration to attend SAWC Spring and new/re-elected Board members officially take office at the AAWC membership meeting held in April 2018.
