Annual Conference Registration

 

  • All presenting authors must register for and attend the AAWC 2022 Annual Conference and will receive the Early Bird registration rate.

Withdrawal

  • If your poster or platform needs to be withdrawn, authors are responsible for notifying the AAWC office immediately at [email protected].
  • Please include the first author name, the title of the abstract, along with the AAWC poster number in your notification.

No Shows
On rare occasions, presenters scheduled to present their poster fail to show up and have not notified AAWC of their change in plans. When presenters do not appear to present, the planning efforts of the Annual Conference Committee’s efforts to provide for a quality program is diminished and attendees are disappointed. The AAWC staff will audit all posters for no-shows and those presenters may not be considered for future poster presentations.
